MICHAEL K. LANNING
Mike has been a member of the California Bar since 1958. In that time Mike has assisted over 8,000 clients with their estate planning needs. Mike’s practice specializes in advanced estate planning and wealth preservation for high and ultra-high-net-worth clients as well as business succession planning. Mike has saved his clients hundreds of millions of dollars in estate tax.
Mike is extremely active with the Boy Scouts of America. He has been the Scoutmaster for Troop 223, Pacific Palisades, since 1953. In that time, he has won numerous awards for his service, including the Boy Scouts’ highest honor, the Silver Buffalo Award.

BRADLEY R. KLEIHEGE
Bradley maintains a broad estate planning practice that spans from the preparation of wills and trust agreements to estate administrations and high and ultra-high-net-worth estate planning concerning estate, gift, and income tax planning. Bradley also represents clients in probate administration and conservatorship matters in the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego County Probate Courts.
Outside of work, Bradley is a competitive sailor and enjoys skiing and running.

ALICE E. PEARL
Alice’s trust and estates practice includes everything from basic trust-based estate plans to advanced estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families and trust administrations. Alice has assisted numerous clients with complex tax and interpersonal issues that arise when a loved one passes away. Additionally, Alice has also represented clients in property transfer matters in the Los Angeles Probate Court.
When Alice is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with friends and family.
